Can you imagine, being brand new to the interweb and having B&M be your very first stop? It would be like Aliens making first contact in a West Virginian trailer park. Talk about first fucking impressions!

Better here than some of the other places on the Innertubes. At least B&M can spell correctly and use proper grammar most of the time, when it's not busy forgetting how pnats and crads are spelled.

I'm more concerned with how a newcomer would happen to find B&M first. Perhaps this site is becoming too popular.

Alien Leader: Bob, in your report of the Earth planet you commented on the internet being an utter failure. We were under the impression that this "information super highway" was of the highest caliber in the Universe. Can you elaborate?

Bob: It's just 8 humans who talk about absolutely nothing relevant. They spend all of the credits on plastic idols and entertainment media then complain about the rest of the world.

Alien Leader: Interesting. It seems Fredrick from B Team has been misinformed. Thank you, Bob. Is there anything else you'd like to add before we proceed with standard protocol?

Bob: Well, there was something about "2 girls, 1 cup", but my connection was cut off. I was on the Sprint network.

Alien Leader: Very well then. You're dismissed.

Would you mind telling Shelly to destroy the planet on the way out?

Bob: Is it alright if we hold off for another hour? I'd like to watch the season finale of Grey's Anatomy?

Alien Leader: Throw a tape in the VCR then, would ya?

That reminds me of the days when I used to watch television. Good days.

Return to “After Hours.”
