That made me smile. Thank you.

Oh, and I haven't played for a while. The last thing I did was go into some vault filled with clones of a dude named Gary. And all the say is Gary.

The best part of that was when one would rush into the room and say, "ahhh, Gary", like he was losing a great weight from his shoulders.

I've been tearing my hair out trying to get VATS to work. I assumed I needed to be a higher level. Turns out that there's a glitch that disables the R2 button if Rock Band peripherals are plugged in.

It was also fun to send you a message about playing RB2, and being ignored. MegaJERK!

Didn't ignore you, but by the time I remembered there was a message it was like a day later. Also, you'll have to explain to me how to play online.

My first question, where can you sell stuff in Megaton, or can you?

Also, anyone explore the school basement. Ants kept swarming out, so I didn't have the courage to explore it.

You can sell stuff to anyone that can sell you stuff. Just go into their store and hit the L1 button so that you can scroll through YOUR stock instead of theirs. Select what you wanna get rid of and your good. You'll see their caps number go down and yours will go up.

Wait'll you get to the town with ants that spit fire form like 50 feet away! You can't even get two feet without being engulfed in flames.

I went to that town already. I only got close enough to get roasted once. Since then I've learned to keep my distance. Of course now that I know how to use the VATS system, dispatching them should be a piece of cake.

Wait till your Lvl 8 or above. Trust me. It's not worth the Stimpacks you'll eat. However, there is a bed in the town so you can heal up that way.

I don't know, I killed 4-5 of them while on Lvl3 using free-aim. Then I took off. How many are there? Do they keep respawning or can you kill them all?

I swore I killed them off in certain areas, but I just keep getting more and more. I made it to the sewer where they are coming from, though. I would have finished the task, but something really funny happened and I died trying to make it even more so. I didn't feel like redoing it so I just switched it off.

Have you killed or found the giant ant queen?

The last time I was in the school, I didn't go into the basement.

The raiders were trying to tunnel into Vault101, but I guess they hit a nest of ants.

While wandering the wasteland yesterday, I came up on raiders attacking a trade caravan. I was able to dispatch the lot of them without even being noticed.

One thing I realized, is that it's best to avoid roads when traveling.

That's most of the healing I do. Even if I'm crippled, I'll attempt to hobble through until I can either flee to a bed or find one in the immediate area.

I'm only at level 5 but I own a house with a bed, fridge, storage, and a robotic butler that can give me a new haircut, tell jokes, and produce bottles of purified water. Awesome!

I don't know if either of you realized this, but "The Family" aren't bad guys. I managed to talk my way into their hideout, talk Ian West into leaving, got schematics for some super weapon for being nice, and I negotiated a protection deal for Arefu in exchange for some blood packs. When I first got there I was all set to wipe them out until I realized they weren't attacking me, so I talked to them.

Where did you get the house?!

Yeah, I did the exact same. I went back later, though, and they turned on me. No idea why, maybe because my character was so good?

When you disarm the bomb in Megaton, the Sheriff's son gives you the keys and the deed to that unused house in town. I'm assuming the Sheriff can also give it to you but I got him killed by the shifty looking dude, I forget his name.

I'm also playing 100% good, even going so far as to refuse rewards when they're optional. I was sort pissed when that doctor I saved from certain death and consumption at the hands of super mutants wouldn't heal me without charging for it though.

My explosive skill isn't high enough to disarm that bomb. Le sigh.
