Yeah, saw it yesterday and thought it was good. It wasn't as funny as the first, but the action was good, and his Batman-sense didn't get enough action but I loved it.

Wish they would've had the balls to stay with the ending, though.

I did too, but I knew it was never gonna happen. I'm surprised they killed Moriarty, though, I expected him to stick around for the inevitable third movie.

Dragon Tattoo Girl-Was pretty good I thought, but Reznor knocked it outta the park with the score. Think I liked the music more than the movie.

Goldeneye - I was a big Bond fan by the time Goldeneye came out. Since it was the first one I had the opportunity to see in theaters, I would have been around seven when Dalton's last was out, I have a hard time being objective. Some of it is real rubbish, pretty much any time a computer is on screen it's terrible and it's way too gadgety, but there's some good character moments for James Bond. Better than the rest of Brosnan's slippery slope Bond silliness.

In most movies from the 90s I hate that, but I think in Goldeneye it actually adds a bit of nostalgia to it. Like, you got back and watch the OLD Bond films, and the computers look hokey there too, by today's standards, so it actually makes Goldeneye fit in with the other bond films. The rest of Brosnan's Bond run was indeed shite though. Too bad they didn't get him some more decent scripts, because I actually liked him as Bond.

I did too. There was some brilliant stuff, but it was surrounded by total rubbish. "Tomorrow Never Dies" has that great scene where Bond sits up all night in his hotel room drinking hard and holding his gun on the door. I think it's after Teri Hatcher is killed. And the only good thing I remember about "The World is Not Enough" is when he has to kill Sophie Marceau.

Carnage - A delightful black comedy that had me squirming (in a good way) for most of the duration. 8/10

Just watched the first series of the BBC's "Sherlock" and I have to tell you girls that I thought it was great. The way Moriarty is played is brilliant. I can't wait to see the second series.

When We Were Kings - A documentary on the Rumble in the Jungle. I've always been a boxing fan, but I'd never seen the Ali/Foreman fight. Good lord, what a man Muhammad Ali was.

I Think We're Alone Now - Two weirdo fucks are obsessed with Tiffany. FUCKING TIFFANY! It made me physically uncomfortable. Jesus. Christ. What a fucking documentary. The one fucking guy THAT WAS ARRESTED FOR STALKING TIFFANY is also obsessed with Alyssa Milano. FML

Life's Too Short- More of the same, luckily the same was pretty great. Warwick Davis plays Gervais' normal character, and Gervais and Smerch play a version of themselves. Other than that it is Extras.

Hanna - I had high expectations for Hanna and with the exception of a plot point that I would have played differently, I felt like they were met. The music is great too.

Best Worst Movie - A doc about the cult following for Troll II. I've never seen Troll II, so what seems like a fun idea is kind of stretched too thin. The director not seeming to understand that the worship of the flick is ironic is kind of fun. I didn't finish it.

Take Me Home Tonight - THE FUCKING EDDIE MONEY SONG NEVER PLAYED THE WHOLE TIME! A huge letdown. I thought for sure at the end when Topher Grace was winning. But no. And fuck Dan Fogler. He's all the worst parts of Jack Black, Sam Kinison and Booger all rolled into one.

I don't want to spoil anyone on Drive that wants to see it, so I'm doing the humane thing and warning about possible spoils to the four other people that might read this. The possible spoilers follow...

I didn't occur to me until I watched it again today with a friend of mine that Ryan Gosling's character is absolutely batshit insane. When I watched it yesterday, I just kind of thought he was a quiet tough guy pushed over the limit. Wrong. That dude was psychotic from the start.

it could've also done with 200% less Handler, too.

For some reason it's being marketed as a shitty generic teen comedy, which it isn't. The trailer made it look like garbage. I only saw it because some reviewers I respect said they enjoyed it, and it has an unusually high score on Rotten Tomatoes.

I too, loved 21 Jump Street.

I thought Wrath of the Titans was okay, though.
