Fucker sold out in less than a minute. So I'm shite out of luck. I guess I'll have to see it in theatres like a goddamn peon!

Anyway, saw Man of Steel, it's got about 40% of a really good movie in there, buried under layers of Michael Bay/J.J. Abrams shite. I enjoyed the fuck out of that 40% though.

We saw it too and got the same amount of enjoyment out of it. Has anyone seen lone ranger yet? Or Pacific Rim?

Lone Ranger doesn't interest me in the slightest, and Pacific Rim is high on my watch list.

I saw Pacific Rim, it was awesome. It won't win any awards, but it delivers what it promises, unlike Transformers.

I wish they'd made a 2D IMAX print of Pacific Rim though, because the 3D was complete shite, but seeing the jaegers on an IMAX screen almost gave me vertigo in some shots.

I went to see pacific rim today, but I got my theater/times mixed up. Saw wolverine instead. Better than origins, worth the free ticket.

I heard that Wolverine, like every other blockbuster this summer, falls apart in the last third (well aside from Lone Ranger, which I heard falls apart from the get go). Truth?

I found myself asking " why is this thing fighting this other thing?". They forced a predictable twist. But post credits was good.
